To be considered for presenting, you must submit the following:
- Short Biography
- Topics with descriptions
- Indicate topic length (One hour, Two hour, Four hour, or Eight hour)
- Indicate if topics are for general or concurrent sessions
- Honorarium Amount (Include airport parking, meals, etc.)
- Two References
