2010 Information for Presenters
Submit by October 1, 2009
Contracts mailed after November 1, 2009
Contracts must be returned within 30 days of receipt or by December 1, 2009

To be considered for presenting, you must submit the following:

  1. Short Biography
  2. Topics with descriptions
  3. Indicate topic length (One hour, Two hour, Four hour, or Eight hour)
  4. Indicate if topics are for general or concurrent sessions
  5. Honorarium Amount (Include airport parking, meals, etc.)
  6. Two References

  • Each day you will present a minimum of two sessions
