Welcome EMS Rendezvous Tradeshow Exhibitors!

2011 was an exciting year for North Dakota's Annual EMS Rendezvous Conference and Tradeshow.  The North Dakota EMS Association welcomed nearly 15 new exhibitors, among the record breaking 58 vendors, and hosted close to 400 individuals at the Vendor Preview.

Conference planners anticipate the 2012 Tradeshow will be even more exhilarating with:

  • A Vendor Preview BIG give-a-way,
  • Substantial give-a-ways during conference breaks and
  • Record breaking attendance!

2012 Exhibitor Schedule

Thursday, April 19:

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Vehicle Move-in
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Booth Move-in
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Vendor Preview

Friday, April 20:

9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Hall Hours

Saturday, April 21:

9:00 am - 2:30 pm - Hall Hours

Registration

The North Dakota EMS Association is currently accepting exhibitor registrations for past exhibitors.  Registration will open for all interested companies on Monday, December 12.  Vendors that register prior to February 1, 2012 will save $100.00!  Exhibitors should register by March 15, 2012 to guarantee listing in the Conference Program Book.  Registrations will be accepted up until Thursday, April 19, if room permits.  You can download an Exhibitor Guide and Registration Form below.
