2017 Exhibitor Schedule Thursday, April 6: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Vehicle Move-in Friday, April 7: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Hall Hours Saturday, April 8: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm - Hall Hours (move out no earlier than 1pm) Registration The North Dakota EMS Association is accepting exhibitor registrations. We first accept registrations from those exhibitors who attended in 2016. They will receive priority booth selection and once that time period closes, we will open the registration to all interested exhibitors (in mid November). Exhibitors that register prior to February 1, 2017 will save $100.00! Exhibitors should register by March 1, 2017 to guarantee listing in the Conference Program Book. Registrations will be accepted up until Thursday, April 6, if room permits. You can download an Exhibitor Guide and Sponsor Information Here To Register, Please Do The Following: 1. Download the exhibitor brochure here and fill out the exhibitor agreement found on the back page, please fill this out in its entirety. 2. Please read the 2017 EMS Rendezvous Vendor Letter to review the changes and policies in the vendor hall. 2. You can mail, scan and email, or fax the exhibitor agreement back to our office to complete your registration. You will receive confirmation that it has been received. 3. Remember, payment must be received to hold your desired booth. Payment can be made by check or credit card.
