This full-time position is responsible for managing the Emergency Medical Education Center (EMEC) and a full-time staff of seven educators and support staff. EMEC is a licensed Emergency Medical Service (EMS) training center in both North Dakota and Minnesota, training more than 10,000 students annually in various classes ranging from paramedic school to CPR.
The minimum qualifications include: National Registry Certification as a paramedic, three years' experience as an EMS educator, a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) or a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Ambulance Billing Office Manager: Full time position. Ideal candidate would have experience with medical billing and coding and good computer skills. EMT certification is a plus. Required:
- Completion of an approved training program for EMT-Paramedic AND
- NREMT-Paramedic and North Dakota/Minnesota certification and at least two years of experience as an EMT or paramedic with a licensed ambulance service.
Preferred:
- Minimum of three years, full-time experience as a paramedic provider of pre-hospital care in an emergency setting.

Licensure/Certification:

- Must be able to rotate between shifts or work any full-time 4/4 shift rotation including weekends and holidays.
Specific job activities and accountabilities include:
- Respond to requests for emergency medical services.
- Respond to events such as multiple alarm fires, helicopter landings, civil unrest, police actions, hazardous materials incidents, acts of terrorism, FAA emergencies and water emergencies.
- Assess nature and extent of illness or injury and determine appropriate emergency medical procedures.
- Administer basic life support techniques using accepted standards of patient care.
- Administer advanced life support techniques under the written patient care protocols or in direct radio contact with our medical director physician.
- Perform extrication and rescue of victims.
- Operate emergency vehicle to transport sick and injured persons to and from a healthcare facility.
- Operate emergency medical equipment and maintain supplies.
- Assist in keeping ambulance facilities clean and orderly.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports.
- Perform other related duties.
Individuals hired by Ringdahl EMS must provide data for a criminal background study conducted by the Minnesota Department of Human Services; all offers of employment are conditional and contingent upon successful completion of this study.
Dickinson Area Ambulance, Dickinson, North Dakota
Dickinson Area Ambulance Service is seeking a full-time Paramedic.
