Welcome to the NDEMSA Test Site Page

The North Dakota Department of Health has decided that this year it will offer testing on bids. Unfortunately the Health Department did not award NDEMSA the contract; they decided to offer it to a private company instead. Therefore, NDEMSA will NOT be administering any Test Sites at this time. The Association is truly sorry if this causes any inconvenience!

Things you'll need to know before applying for a test site:

        1.  Students from North Dakota education programs will need their Course Number.

                The Course Number should be available from your instructor.

        2.  Students from North Dakota education programs will need their ND EMS ID Number.

                If you do not have a ND EMS ID Number, please visit the ND DoH DEMS site: HERE

        3.  You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader© (v.8 or above) to email, and print forms.

Fees and Schedule Deadlines:

        1.  Practical Test Fees are $200 for all training levels. ($25 for ND students)

        2.  DEMS provides a direct discount of $175 (initial test only) for students from ND programs.

        3.  All fees are non-refundable.

        4.  Registration deadlines are strictly followed.  Sorry, no exceptions are made.

           

Methods of Registration:

        Online/Email Registration: Go to "Events Registration" link on the left side of this page and follow

        the links to pay your fees.  Membership in NDEMSA is not required (although your support is

        appreciated).  After paying your fees via credit card, make note of your Online Order Number

        and complete the appropriate Application form on your computer.  If you pay fees online, you

        may submit your application form by email up to the registration deadline day.  However, please

        remember, you must submit an application form, either by postal mail or by email, in addition

        to paying your fees online.

 

        Postal Mail Registration:  Download the appropriate Application form.  Mail the completed

        form together with your check or money order.  Instructions are provided on the form.  If you

        submit your application by postal mail, do not email your application form; it will not be accepted

        without a prior online, credit card fee payment.  Send your fees together with your application

        form via postal mail.
