Refund Policy
Membership Dues are NOT refundable. The conference registration fees, less a $15.00 processing fee, are refundable if written notice of cancellation is received before 5:00 pm (CST) September 8th. If written notice of cancellation is received after September but before 5:00 pm (CST) September 14th registration fees, less a $35.00 processing fee, will be refunded. Substitutions for cancellation will be allowed with written notice. All refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. The SW Conference will run all scheduled days regardless of weather.
The Division of EMS has made the Continuing Education Grant available to help cover costs of travel and attendance. This grant must be applied for by a licensed North Dakota EMS Agency. The grant can be found at EMS Training Grants | Department of Health (nd.gov)
Reservations for the group will be made individually by the guests. The group contact will provide
guests with the reservation line, 1-800-633-6721 and the name of the block ND EMS Association.
Individuals with the group will call in and make a reservation within the block putting down
payment of their own to guarantee and pay for the room. The room block is guaranteed
until 8/22/23.

An application has been made to the DEMS has 8 CEU’s on Saturday, and 8 CEU’s on Sunday for EMS providers. Certificates are awarded at the conclusion of each individual session. CEU’s will be awarded for recertification using the National (NCCR), Local (LCCR), and Individual (ICCR) National Registry requirements.
An application has also been submitted to the ND Post Board and North Dakota Board of Nursing. Stay tuned for updates and approvals.
