2026 NDEMSA Conference
Call for Presenters

The 51st Annual North Dakota EMS Conference and Tradeshow will be held April 8-10th , 2027 in Bismarck, North Dakota at the Bismarck Event Center.  We expect over 500 participants and 65 exhibitors at this 3-day event.

Do you have presentations that attendees would love?  Then, please submit for the 2027 conference today! 

Submission Requirements

Please submit your proposal by August 14, 2026. 

All proposals must include the following:

  • Presenter curriculum vitae/resume (including contact information)
  • Headshot photo and short biography
  • List of presentation titles and descriptions (list of 3 objectives for each session)
  • Indicate presentation length 
  • Indicate session education credits (NCCR, LCCR)
  • Honorarium amount must be included (please indicate per presentation or per speaking day)
  • If you have an article you would like published in our quarterly magazine, please send it along with the proposal submission.

Please note: Preference is often given to presenters who can present multiple topics, have a minimum of six lectures, or have specific topics of interest - especially in the NCCR categories.

Target Audience

EMRs, EMTs, AEMTs, Paramedics, Military Personnel, Educators, Fire/Rescue Personnel, Dispatchers, Medical Directors, Law Enforcement, Nursing, Social Workers.

Session Formats

  • General Sessions (60-75 minutes) - Dynamic, engaging, and thought-provoking sessions
  • Concurrent Breakout Sessions are 60 minutes
  • Bonus Sessions are typically 30 minutes in length
  • Thursday Pre-Conference Sessions are a mix of 2-hour, 4-hour, and 8-hour sessions

Thank you for submitting your proposal to present at the Annual ND EMS Association Conference & Tradeshow.  The NDEMSA Conference Committee reviews all proposals submitted and selects presenters based on their topics, prior experience, current EMS trends, and ensures that a variety of continuing education is offered.  The committee frequently seeks out presentations specific to NCCR content.  If you are unsure if your presentation meets the National Registry of EMT's NCCR guidelines, please visit the NREMT National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) requirements website here.

The Conference Committee will make all final decisions and incomplete proposals will not be consideredWe anticipate all presenters will be notified on or before September 15, 2025 of their submission status.
