Membership Updates for Ambulance Service Memberships
If you are a current member, your membership profile and information can be updated at any time during the membership year by logging into the NDEMSA website in the upper right.
For ambulance service memberships, each EMS service is assigned a "bundle coordinator" who can view the organization's profile once they log in to the website. They can also add, update or archive other members in the organization's membership.
On the profile screen, under Bundle Summary in the middle of the page, the bundle coordinator has the following options:
- To update someone's information, click on their name. On the screen with their information, you can edit their profile by using the button at the top of the page, changing the information and saving.
- To delete someone, click on their name, and then on their personal information screen, click on archive. (This does not fully delete their record, but does prevent them from receiving membership benefits. The NDEMSA office has access to fully remove them.)
- To add someone, click on add member. You should only add the number of members your membership allows.
- To edit the bundle coordinator's information, click on "edit profile" or "my directory profile" at the top of the page. Make changes and save.
If you have problems updating memberships or need assistance, email ndemsa.office@ndemsa.org for assistance. We can email you a spreadsheet that you can update and send back. Then we will complete the updates for you.
