Virtual | Statewide | Open to all EMS Providers

This virtual conference is designed for EMS directors, supervisors, administrators, and any EMS provider interested in leadership development.

Beginning in 2026, attendees will meet online on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 12-1 pm. This format supports busy schedules and makes it possible to participate without being away from your service.

  • Cost is $50 for full access

  • Practical leadership, operations, and administration strategies
  • State grant funding does not apply.
  • Webinars will be recorded for registered attendees to view for 7 days following the original webinar for credit.

After you register and payment is received, you will receive an email with registration links for individual sessions. A short registration form is required for each session to get the unique session link.

Continuing Education

Application has been made to the Division of Emergency Medical Systems for approval of continuing education.  A certificate will be provided for each session attended.

Webinars will be recorded for registered attendees to view for 7 days following the original webinar for credit.

Series Registration:

  • NDEMSA Member - $50.00
  • Non-Member - $50.00

Payment is due online at the time of registration. You may register at any time during the series to get access to future sessions.

Refund Policy

Event registration fees are NOT refundable for this series.  Recordings will be available if you miss a session..

Schedule Modifications

NDEMSA reserves the right to adjust the conference schedule or speakers without prior notice. Attendees will be notified of any substantial changes as appropriate.
